Flow State Tennis logoFlow State Tennis

A new tennis business built its first recurring client base organically.

Flow State Tennis was a new premium coaching business with no old rankings, traffic, or customer base to lean on. The offer was clear: private tennis coaching built around each player's body, game, and long-term development. The business needed a presence that made that difference easy to understand and easy to book.

Where it started

What we found.

  • A brand-new business with no historic search traffic or rankings to inherit.
  • A traveling coach serving Northern Virginia rather than a storefront, so the site had to make the service area clear without pretending there was a location customers could visit.
  • A premium private-lesson offer that needed to explain why the coaching was different before asking someone to book.
  • No established path from a local search to a tracked lesson enquiry.

What we changed

The work.

  1. Built and launched the website around private coaching for kids and adults across Northern Virginia.

  2. Built four lesson hubs, a pricing page, seven city pages, and 13 articles around the questions players and parents ask before choosing a coach.

  3. Connected the lesson form to the CRM, email alerts, and analytics so each enquiry has a source and a follow-up path.

  4. Built out the Google profile as a service-area business and made reviews part of the ongoing system.

Where it stands

What we're working on now.

Turning permissioned student progress into a results page, while continuing to grow the recurring lesson base without lowering the premium position.
