44 total, of which 29 came from leads the bot worked
This one is not a website or a search engagement. Kenan Grace University already had a funnel: a video, an application form, and a CRM. Applications arrived faster than the setters could work them, so we built three bots to handle the parts that didn't need a person, and to hand over the parts that did.
Where it started
What we changed
Joe, an application setter. It reads a new application, texts and emails the applicant, answers questions, and books the call. It escalates to a human the moment the conversation needs one.
Kosh, a dormant-lead miner that reopens conversations with old leads nobody had time to call back.
A confirmation bot: it confirms every booking, then reminds at 24 hours, 6 hours and 30 minutes. It detects when a human has taken the conversation over and gets out of the way.
Hardened all three after an audit: fixed a kill switch that wasn't actually stopping anything, a storage ceiling that would have silently blinded the reminders, and a failure path that was swallowing undelivered texts.

Where it stands
The bots are currently switched off. The numbers above cover the period they ran.
We'll tell you what we'd change first and what number should move if it works.
