Visits from search each month

Total Fitness Outlet had been selling new and used gym equipment for around 25 years. The business had slowed almost to a stop. We built and launched a new website on the first day, then started rebuilding its search presence around the equipment it actually sells.
Where it started
What we changed
Built and launched the website, and set up analytics and search tracking.
Started publishing three times a week, and pushing each article to the Google profile as a post.
Added product data to every equipment page, so machines can show with their brand, condition and price in search.
Published a written grading and warranty standard for used machines.
Fixed the duplicate-address problem across 240 pages, a seven-week-old issue splitting the site's signal.
Rewrote the Google profile, added the Northern Virginia service area, and put eight photographed products on it.

Where it stands
Connecting the quote and enquiry forms through to the sale, so the equipment pages can be judged on machines sold rather than traffic.
We'll tell you what we'd change first and what number should move if it works.
